Buy a different book.

This book is severely out-dated and reads as if it's written by your British great-grandfather who prattles on about "how they used to do thing in MY day...". Half of the dietary recommendations are unheard of (at least in our State). Also, he keeps referencing practices/foods to avoid in order for your bunny to TASTE better after you slaughter it. He's very callous and recommends killing "imperfect" bunnies whose coloring/markings may be off. Is this what you want to read when cuddling your brand new pet bunny? I think not. This is really a downer and quite depressing to read. Get another manual on bunny care. This one's not even worth the $2 I spent on it.

Incomplete non professional book

I purchased this book about 2 weeks ago, finding it all but professional. If you, like me, are looking for highly specific information about this amazing breed, this book isn't for you. It doesn't explain anything about the special caring that the Flemish giant requires and treats the Giants as common rabbits: no info about reproduction specificity, nothing about vitamins integration, nothing about the material required for the cages (given their uncommon weight!!!), nothing about breeding. The only pro is the price, which is low and so if you aren't a professional or a breeder and you want to acquire some general knowledge about the Flemish Giant, this book is perfect. Hope this review helps!

Clear disappointment

If you are looking for a book on how to take care of your bunny, this is not the book you are looking for. The formatting of the book is terrible, and the text itself is in my opinion of very little value for pet bunny owners.
