an excellent reference text for glycolysis and cellular energy production

A wonderful reference text for biochem students despite it's age. I have yet to find a more detailed description with the intermediate products of Kreb's, cycle, oxadative phosphorylation, glucogenesis, and glycolysis.

Thick tome, but golly, I LOOOOVE the way that he writes. His enthusiasm really shines through. I'm not a science nerd, either. I just want to learn about nutrition and this is where it starts.
